Custom AI + Business Automation

Custom automation, built around your business.

Every business works differently. I build custom AI and workflow automations around the way yours actually operates, eliminating repetitive work, connecting your tools, and giving you time back.

Less busywork. Fewer bottlenecks. More time to run your business.

The approach

Every business is different.

Your software shouldn’t force you into someone else’s workflow.

We start by understanding how your business operates, where your team loses time, and what repetitive work can be handled automatically.

Then we build around you.

  1. 01

    Your business

How you sell, serve, and get paid

  2. 02

    Your workflow

The steps your team repeats every day

  3. 03

    Your bottlenecks

Where time, money, and leads leak out

  4. 04

    Your custom automation

A system built for exactly that

  • No cookie-cutter packages.
  • No unnecessary software.
  • No automation for the sake of automation.

We start with the problem, not the software.

What can be automated

If it’s repetitive, there’s a good chance we can automate it.

A few of the places automation tends to pay off fastest.

  • Customer communication

Respond, route questions, follow up, send updates, and keep customers informed automatically.

  • Scheduling

Booking, confirmations, cancellations, reminders, waitlists, and calendar sync.

  • Lead management

Capture inquiries, qualify leads, update your CRM, assign them, and trigger follow-up.

  • Administrative work

Move information between systems, generate documents, organize data, and cut the copy-paste.

  • AI assistants

Custom assistants that know your services, processes, and internal information.

  • Forms & intake

Collect information once and send it everywhere it needs to go automatically.

  • Billing & follow-up

Invoice workflows, payment reminders, status alerts, and internal notifications.

  • Reviews & retention

Review requests, check-ins, reactivation campaigns, and follow-up that never forgets.

  • Internal operations

Notifications, task creation, reports, onboarding, approvals, and recurring processes.

  • Custom integrations

Connect software that doesn’t currently talk to each other, or doesn’t do it well.

  • Something completely different?

    That’s the point.

Tell me what wastes time in your business and we’ll figure out whether it can be automated.

Tell Me What You Want to Automate

One example, up close

Never lose another customer to a missed call.

You’re with a customer, on a job site, or closing up. The phone rings and nobody answers. Here’s one automation that catches that customer before they call someone else.

  1. Missed call
  2. Instant personal text
  3. Conversation
  4. Qualification
  5. Scheduling
  6. Calendar
  7. Reminder

This is one automation. Your business may need something entirely different.

Customer: My check engine light came on. Can you look at it this week?

Automated reply: We can! Thursday at 8:00 or Friday at 1:30. Which works better?

Customer: Thursday morning

Time is money

Your most expensive workflow might be the one you’re still doing manually.

Five minutes here. Ten minutes there. Copying information, answering the same questions, checking inboxes, following up, entering data, updating systems.

It adds up quietly, every day, across everyone on your team.

Automation doesn’t replace the parts of your business that need human judgment. It handles the repetitive work around them.

Give your team their time back.

Estimate your time

Pick one repetitive task and plug in your own numbers.

~12.5hrs

per week

~650hrs

per year

Add an hourly cost to see a labor value.

Estimates based entirely on the numbers you enter. Not a guarantee of savings.

How it works

Consulting first. Engineering second.

  1. Discover
  2. Map
  3. Build
  4. Automate
  5. Improve

01

Understand

We talk through how your business actually operates. Not a generic sales pitch.

  • Where are people wasting time?
  • Where does information get stuck?
  • What gets repeated every day?
  • What falls through the cracks?

02

Design

I map the workflow and decide what should be automated, what should stay human, and how your existing tools can work together.

03

Build

I build and test the automation around your actual process, with you, before anything goes live.

04

Improve

Once it’s running, we monitor it and refine it as your business changes.

Example workflows

Same idea. Completely different systems.

These are illustrative examples of what custom automation can look like, not client case studies.

ExampleRestaurant

Reservations, catering requests, and reviews handled without tying up the phone.

  1. 1

    Reservation request

  2. 2

    Instant confirmation

  3. 3

    Host notified

  4. 4

    Day-of reminder

  5. 5

    Thank-you text

  6. 6

    Review request

Your workflow doesn’t look like these? Good. Let’s build yours.

Connections

Your tools should work together.

Most businesses already have the software they need. The problem is the gaps between them, where people end up retyping, re-checking, and re-sending. I build the glue.

Not a list of prebuilt plug-ins. If a tool can send or receive information (an API, webhooks, email, or file exports), there’s usually a way to connect it. We’ll confirm what’s possible with your specific software during the consultation.

Work with me in either language, and automate in both.

  • Direct communication

No account managers or handoffs. You talk to the builder.

  • Plain-English explanations

You’ll understand what was built and why.

  • Ongoing support

Automations get monitored and adjusted as you grow.

FAQ

Straight answers.

What can you automate?

If a task is repetitive and follows a pattern, it’s a good candidate: customer messages, scheduling, lead follow-up, data entry between systems, documents, reports, reminders, billing follow-up, and internal notifications. The best way to know is to tell me what’s eating your team’s time.

Does my business need AI?

Maybe not, and that’s fine. Not every problem needs AI. Sometimes traditional automation is faster, simpler, cheaper, and more reliable. I use AI where it genuinely helps (understanding messages, reading documents, answering questions) and plain automation everywhere else.

Can you work with the software I already use?

Usually, yes. Most modern tools can share information through APIs, webhooks, email, or exports. I’ll look at your specific software during the consultation and tell you honestly what’s possible.

Do I need to change my current systems?

In most cases, no. The goal is to make the tools you already rely on work together, not to make you start over. If a change would genuinely save you money or headaches, I’ll explain why and let you decide.

How much does custom automation cost?

It depends on the size of the workflow. A single focused automation is a small project. A system that connects several tools is bigger. After the free consultation you get a clear, fixed quote before any work starts, plus any ongoing software or support costs spelled out up front.

How long does an automation take to build?

Simple automations can often be running within a week or two. Larger, multi-system workflows usually take a few weeks. You’ll get a timeline with your quote.

What happens if my business process changes?

Then the automation changes with it. Businesses evolve, and ongoing support means I can adjust, extend, or rebuild pieces as you grow.

Can automation work in Spanish?

Sí. Automations can talk to your customers in English, Spanish, or both, and we can work together in either language.

Do you only work with businesses in the RGV?

The Valley is home and where most of my work is focused, but everything I build works remotely, so I’m glad to work with businesses elsewhere in Texas and beyond.
